A torn cover had exposed the seat foam
The original Polaris cover was open across a high-stress area, leaving the foam vulnerable to water, dirt and further tearing. A surface patch would not have restored the shape or protected the damaged substrate.
Rebuilding the seat from the inside out
The old cover was removed, the foam was inspected and reshaped, and a new exterior was fitted to the existing seat base. Seam placement and tension were planned so the finished cover followed the original contours.

Outdoor seats need an honest scope
Sun, cold, moisture and repeated flexing all affect recreation upholstery. A useful estimate should identify whether the foam and base can remain, whether water has reached the interior, and which panels carry the most load.
